Stage one: the Governance Review
€15,000. Three to four weeks. An independent baseline of the migration plan as it currently stands — the systems integrator’s delivery plan, the governance structure, budget and timeline realism, and the specific risks a programme of this size and complexity typically carries. Delivered as a written report and board presentation, exactly as our other Reviews are.
Stage two: ongoing oversight
Where the Governance Review surfaces a genuine need for continued independent oversight through delivery, this is scoped and quoted separately, based on the programme’s actual duration, complexity, and the cadence of involvement the board wants — a standing seat at steering committee meetings, periodic milestone reviews, or something closer to continuous engagement. This isn’t priced from a generic day rate; every ERP programme is different, and the quote reflects the specific one in front of us.
What this is not
A substitute for the systems integrator’s own project management. We provide independent oversight and escalation; the integrator still owns delivery.
A guarantee the migration comes in on time or on budget. No oversight arrangement can guarantee that — what it can do is surface problems early enough for the board to act on them.
