An independent assessment of your current application landscape, a proposed Zoho One consolidation sequence, an evaluation of existing or proposed Deluge customisation for maintainability, and a written implementation plan. Delivered as a written report and board presentation.
Stage two: ongoing oversight
Where the Consolidation Review surfaces a genuine need for continued independent oversight through implementation — validating the build against the plan, reviewing Deluge customisation as it’s written — this is scoped and quoted separately, based on the implementation’s actual scope.
What this is not
